A great way to enjoy the beautiful Southern coastline is to go on an incredible jet ski Safari. You are signing for unforgettable views, pure enjoyment and let’s not forget the adrenaline rush.

A few months ago we had an amazing time when we did this water excursion. We arrived at Puerto Colon Harbour around 9 am and spent the entire morning learning how to drive those fast jest skis. The weather was brilliant, and the ocean wasn’t wavy at all, which is always great for non-experienced people.

In the beginning, I was nervous because it was my first time on a jet, but this all went away after a brief chat with the friendly staff. All the instructors were very helpful and answered all our questions about safety rules and the trip itself.

From Puerto Colon, they took us with the jets to Spaghetti beach in La Caleta where we stop for a bit of snorkelling. My friend Miguel was lucky enough to see a big turtle swimming nearby. It is amazing how the ocean provides that complete feeling of freedom while you spend time around the cliffs, diving and admiring the exotic marine life of this perfect island.

Later on, we took off to Los Gigantes, the Giant cliffs where we spot some dolphins right next to us. These magnificent creatures are so peaceful. We had a blast!

What a fantastic way to see the island’s coastline, enjoy a day at sea, swim with a few ocean friends and get some adrenaline into the veins straight to the heart!
