TOP FLOOR: The first bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom and a big terrace overlooking Del Duque area. There is another bedroom on this floor.
MAIN FLOOR: You will find the living room on the main floor with a dining table, a sofa and a flat screen TV. A modern and functional kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor as well.
GARDEN + SWIMMING POOL: The garden goes almost completely around the villa which gives you a sense of being in nature while being in a beautiful villa. The swimming pool is always heated between 28º and 30º which is for free and is being cleaned three times a week to ensure a perfect swim 7 days a week.
GROUND FLOOR: Game room with darts and a ping-pong table. 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom also has a 2-car garage.
LOVELY THINGS IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: The “Plaza del Duque Luxury Shopping” is right across the street. You will find many classy restaurants around. Nearby is the chic “The Duke Shops” shopping centre with many popular brands stores, Indian and Thai restaurants and even a gym for those who want to stay fit, even on holiday.
“The water kingdom Siam Park” ( which has been named the best in the world by TripAdvisor since 2015 ) is a10 minute bus ride from the villa.
There is also a Medical centre in the same complex in case something happens, which we hope won’t.
There is also a taxi stand, car rental service and a bus stop nearby. The South airport “Reina Sofia” is only 20 min drive.
This property is suitable for short-term rental and managed to the required government standard.
