Number 1

A 500€ refundable damage deposit can be asked to be paid on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You will be reimbursed on check-out after an inspection of the property.

Number 2

Please notify us of the correct number of guests in your group. Children of any age are welcome. Children under six years old don’t need to be included in the number of guests.

Number 3

Pool heating for free (temperature 25º).

Number 4

In case you need a baby cot and/or a high chair, please inform us, so we can provide it for you. The first baby cot and high chair are free of charge. The second baby cot costs 0.00€ and the second high chair costs 0.00€…………
We love babies!

The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you have selected.

Number 5

Our standard Check-in time is from 16:00h

Our standard Check-out time is until 11:00h

IMPORTANT:
If you would like to book an early check-in or a late check-out, please note that no extra charge will apply depending on the availability of the property.

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Number 6

Pool heating is included in the daily rate.

Number 7

Be aware that we do not allow any kind of parties at the villa. This is a residential complex. If you don’t agree with this rule, please cancel for free within the next 3 days.

Number 8

To arrange your customary check-in, you will receive an email with our property manager’s phone number 14 days before your arrival. They most likely speak your language.
Languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Flemish and Bulgarian. They will meet you regardless of the time of your arrival. One to three days before your check-in day, the property manager will call or text you to schedule the best suitable time for your check-in.

Number 9

Cancellation/ prepayment policies:

A full refund will be given if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will not be refunded.

In case of any refund payments, the bank fees will be charged to the customer.

These fees can vary between 0.5% and 5% of the initial paid amount.

Smoking is allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Pets are allowed under special circumstances.
We are trying to be the booking company without any surplus charges.
