The villa is part of Habitats del Duque, a private residential complex in the centre of del Duque, Costa Adeje,the best area in the South of Tenerife. The villa can accommodate 10 adults and 4 children.

The 7 bed, 4 bath villa is near the Bahia Del Duque beach. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a private heated swimming pool, a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and a table tennis table.

TOP FLOOR: The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite spacious bathroom with access to a huge private terrace with a sea and pool views.

The second bedroom is on the top floor as well.

MAIN FLOOR: Living room with a flat screen TV, a sofa and a dining table. Equipped and functional kitchen. 2 specious bedrooms both with king-size beds, 2 fully equipped bathrooms.

GROUND FLOOR: Game room with a table tennis and a darts board.There are 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bath on this floor.
NOTE: This villa has no garage. Guests must climb stairs to get into the villa. There is a lift between the 3 floors.
This amazing villa offers everything you need for an excellent holiday. The Del Duque area is the most exclusive area in the South of Tenerife.

The “Plaza del Duque Luxury Shopping” is right across the street. You will find many classy restaurants around. Nearby is the chic “The Duke Shops” shopping centre with many popular brands stores, Indian and Thai restaurants and even a gym for those who want to stay fit, even on holiday.

“The water kingdom Siam Park” is 10 min bus ride from the villa. Aqualand is in the same area, but is more suitable for families with toddlers.

For those who value their beauty, there are several spas and wellness centres within a walking distance, a few pharmacies, some open 24h and a Medical centre in the same complex.
